Where we ship
We ship to every EU member state, the UK, the United States, and Canada. Deliveries are handled by DPD, DHL, or PostNL depending on your address — you'll see the courier at checkout.

Processing time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are picked and packed the same afternoon. Weekend and holiday orders leave the following Monday. Estimates are counted from dispatch, not from order placement. Remote regions and islands may add 1–2 business days.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is scanned by the courier, we email a tracking link. You can also use our track order page to pull the latest scan on demand.
Duties & taxes
Orders within the EU are shipped DDP — all VAT and duties are included at checkout. UK, US, and Canadian orders may incur import duties on delivery, shown where applicable at checkout.
