Returns

The trial starts the day your order is delivered. Wash it, sleep on it, live with it. If it isn't right, email support@duneanddore.com before night 30 with your order number and we'll open a return. You'll receive a prepaid return label within one business day. Once the parcel is scanned by the courier, we issue your refund — you don't have to wait for it to reach our warehouse.

• One trial per household, first-time customers only.
• Applies to sheet sets, sheets à la carte, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
• Duvet inserts, pillow inserts, and mattress toppers are non-returnable once used, for hygiene reasons — unopened items in original packaging can still be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
• Bundle purchases must be returned as a bundle.

• Email us at support@duneanddore.com with your order number and which items you're returning.
• We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label.
• Drop the parcel at any pickup point — the courier scan starts your refund.

EU customers additionally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Our 30-night trial extends beyond that window at our own discretion; the statutory right is preserved either way.
